It’s funny, sitting down and trying to write one of these autobibilographical pages about yourself feels kind of awkward. You think you know yourself well enough to just splurge a bunch of words about yourself but perhaps it’s just because you don’t know what to start typing about. (How about starting with what I’m currently up to right now? )
Well, right now I’m taking a break from University and working as a web developer at Critical Mass. I’m going to see how this goes, but so far I’m having a blast and am not sure how long I’m going to be putting off my education. I do intend to complete my Computer Science degree eventually.
I enjoy activities which have some sort of creative outlet. Web design is probably my favorite but also has a challenging aspect when it comes to the coding. I used to draw/illustrate pieces of art frequently back then, but I seem to have lost the itch to just sit down and draw something now. It’s probably because it’s hard for me to go back to using traditional methods now that I’ve been spoiled by what a computer can do.
That said, I have done freelance web design and have done so under the name of Senmu Studios Sam Lu.
